Baby Shower Coordinator

Baby Shower Coordinator Service is where our baby shower experts will coordinate your dream baby shower from start to finish. The process takes 10 weeks. This service includes the following:

• Consultations via Phone & Email consist of 5 informative communication sessions to inform you on the status of each step of the baby shower. During the initial consultation we will discuss the venue & general baby shower details. We will update & check on the status of your baby shower every two weeks. You may email us at babyshower@fiatexpressions.com for information.

• Baby Shower Invitations
  We will email the baby shower invitations. We will discuss the theme of your baby shower & color scheme. We will provide three baby shower invitations mockups. The host will select one baby shower invitation design. Once selected we will email the invitations to all your guests 8 weeks before the schedule baby shower’s date.

• Baby Shower Decorations
  We will design a unique baby shower decorations to compliment your baby shower theme & color scheme. We will provide three mockups of baby shower decorations. Once selected we will design your baby shower decorations. We will use one 2-tier diaper cake & balloon bouquets to decorate your guest tables. The diaper cake is a gift & centerpiece for the baby shower. We will provide 3, 5, or 9 guest table centerpieces, depending on your guest size. Then we will provide one poster backdrop (24 x 36 inches) & 8 baby blocks to create a photo backdrop. The diaper cake, balloon bouquets, poster backdrop, & baby blocks will be ship out to the host five weeks before the schedule baby shower’s date. Instructions & basic assembly is required for the balloon bouquets & baby blocks.

• Edible Cake Image – We will email an edible cake image digital file to use on a sheet cake within five weeks before the schedule baby shower’s date. Please keep in mind we do not provide food. We are not responsible for catering.

• Baby Shower Games – We will create three baby shower games to compliment your baby shower theme. The baby shower games will be printed ship out to the host. We also provide a winning gift for each game. You will receive a total of three gifts for the baby shower games. This will ship out to the host five weeks before schedule baby shower’s date.

• Party Favors
  We will design a unique party favor bag to compliment your baby shower theme & color scheme. In addition, we will provide lotion unscented, lip balm unflavored, & thank you card inside each party bag. This is a nice parting gift for your guests. Please keep in mind we provide party favors for up to 72 guests. This will ship out to the host five weeks before schedule baby shower’s date.
