The diaper cake will come with a gift tag. You may add the gift recipient name in the ‘Personalize Gift Tag Box.’ Never allow anyone under 18 years old to assemble the balloon bouquets & inflate balloons. Always inflate the balloon with a balloon air pump. No Helium Needed. Tableware is not included!
